We had a good turnout for a meeting on Super Bowl Sunday. Vance talked about the rewards and challenges of instructing in his gyroplane; the difficulty of getting his licenses after a motorcycle accident caused traumatic brain injury and loss of sight in one eye; and the difficulty of working on his gyropcopter after suffering a bout of shingles; and the decision to sell his plane.
